BOONE—On the morning of Sept. 27, a student discovered two antisemitic stickers on light poles behind Hoey and Lovill halls. The stickers were reported immediately to the Office of Equity, Diversity and Compliance, as well as campus police who responded to the incident. Two weeks later on Wednesday, a flyer advocating to “smash cultural Marxism”
As the weather gets colder and the leaves turn brown, the start of flu season ushers in a busy time of year for student health services. The first confirmed case of the flu occurred the week of Sept. 17; therefore, the immunization specialists at health services want to remind students to remain vigilant and safe.
