The people of Marion’s Liver Mush Festival tell us why they enjoy liver mush

Liver mush is made of pig liver, head parts and cornmeal. At the annual Liver Mush Festival in Downtown Marion, North Carolina, we asked people on the street eating free liver mush sandwiches what made liver mush special.
