Over the past four years, the student body has seen significant change on campus. General elections, national tragedies and plenty of construction have taken place since the class of 2022 first stepped on Sanford Mall.
Though, how much has changed since most seniors were born? Between 1999 and 2001, students watched similar changes take place. The new buildings and changes the seniors of yesteryear saw at App State are ancient history in the eyes of today’s seniors, but the construction of the Holmes Convocation Center, statues and sculptures around campus and Duck Pond Polar Plunges were exciting new developments to the class of 2001. Even after 22 years, App State stays the same meaningful place for seniors past, present and future.
